Adam Daniels was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Vistry in April 2026, following a series of senior leadership roles across the business where he consistently delivered strong financial performance. As CEO, he is focused on strengthening the Group’s financial position, with an emphasis on cash generation, open market sales and disciplined inventory management to support sustainable growth.
Previously, Adam served as Executive Chair of Vistry Group Yorkshire, North Midlands & West, overseeing 10 regions and more than 1,000 employees. He has a strong track record in driving profitability, improving long-term performance and enhancing customer satisfaction through operational improvements.
Adam began his career in construction while studying Quantity Surveying and Construction Commercial Management at Nottingham Trent University. He joined Bloor Homes in 2009, moved to Galliford Try Partnerships in 2014, and later joined Countryside Partnerships in 2016, where he progressed to Managing Director of the West Midlands business and then Divisional Managing Director, delivering over £50m of EBITDA.
With extensive experience across housebuilding and partnerships, Adam has worked closely with local authorities, registered providers and investors. He is also passionate about developing future talent and champions investment in apprenticeships and skills across the industry.
