Guy works across both the development and investment businesses, predominantly on the front end where new and existing relationships are critical and finding opportunities is key to the success of the business. Guy creates and maintains relationships with funding partners, as well as working with stakeholders such as local authorities and land owners. Before Glenbrook, over ten years ago, Guy worked for Grosvenor in London, where he spent over 15 years working on large and complex city centre projects.
