Simon is Managing Director of Residential at Cole Waterhouse and has over 16 years’ experience in the construction and property development industry, spanning a broad range of sectors. He has an excellent understanding of the complete development process and what’s required in order to ensure successful delivery. Simon has been responsible for the delivery of a wide array of residential schemes with a particular focus on design, modern construction techniques, sustainability and customer experience. Simon graduated from the University of Salford with a First Class degree in Property Management & Investment.
