George is a Chartered Town Planner and has led the planning and placemaking at Cole Waterhouse since joining in 2019. Since his work has seen Cole Waterhouse secure planning approvals on developments throughout the UK with a GDV in excess of £500million resulting in being shortlisted for Young Property Professional of the Year in 2022. He has a range of experience within the private sector advising on large-scale, mixed-use city centre projects in Manchester, Birmingham, London and other major cities. George graduated from Liverpool University with a First Class Degree in BA Geography and Management before going on to complete an MA in Town Planning at Manchester University.
